Pressurized Irrigation

Dear Salem City Residents,

This is a follow-up to our earlier message regarding the Pressure Irrigation (PI) system. We’re pleased to inform you that the PI system is now fully operational and available for use. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as our Water Department prepared the system for the season. Let’s all do our part by watering wisely and not using more than we need—every drop counts.  If additional restrictions become necessary (such as an odd/even watering schedule), we will notify residents by email.

As a reminder:

Per City Ordinance, watering is not allowed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

This helps reduce evaporation and ensures more efficient water use.
