Salem City Park Names and Addresses
Salem Park
70 E. Salem Park Circle, Salem
On the northwest boundary of Salem, you will find a 38-acre pond and wetland that encircle a 5-acre family use park. The park includes restrooms, a pavilion, a spacious playground and two miles of walking trails. The park also has two large open grass areas for family play and incredible wildlife observation.
Salem Pond
200 W. 300 South, Salem
Visitors can fish and boat on this 17.32-acre pond located in the middle of Salem. There’s ducks and other birds to watch as well as a walking path. Other amenities include parking, restrooms, picnic tables and two fishing piers. There are many handicapped-accessible fishing locations. Non-motorized craft are welcome on the pond from May through October. Motorized vehicles need a permit to be on the pond; contact Salem City for more information.
Loafer View Recreation Complex
600 E. Canal Road, Salem
This 16-acre facility has five ball fields and a football field. The complex also offers batting cages, a playground, a large pavilion and a 9-hole Frisbee golf course. The complex is located next to Foothills Elementary School.
Veterans Memorial Sports Park
60 N. 100 East, Salem
Located near Salem’s downtown area, this park has three ball fields, parking and a building housing restrooms and a snack shack. There is also a small playground, two batting cages and a pavilion.
Dream View Park
185 E. Melonie Lane, Salem
This neighborhood park includes a very interactive playground with multiple play accessories. Updated about five years ago, the playground offers much more for children than just swings and a slide. There is also a pavilion at the park and mature shade trees.
Knoll Park
150 W. 300 South, Salem
Knoll Park offers a beautiful place to relax under the trees on the banks of Salem Pond. There’s a sandy beach where you can launch your canoe, and a pavilion is available for rent for larger gatherings. Other amenities include a playground, grassy areas and a picturesque bridge that crosses the pond.
Salem Soccer Park
1100 S. 300 East, Salem
This park has wide open grassy areas big enough for two soccer fields. There’s also an area for parking.
Cole Park
300 W. 600 South, Salem
This is Salem's Family Destination Park. Known for one of the best playgrounds in Utah County. Other Amenities include restrooms, pickleball courts, horseshoe pits, a walking path, and coming Memorial Day weekend the splash pad.
