Salem Days wants YOU and YOUR GROUP to TEE-IT-UP with us at our Annual Four Person Scramble. 
Please join us on the GREEN to celebrate Salem Days.
You may register online or at the Salem Recreation Office (60 N. 100 E.) 
FEE:  $330.00 per team - Includes Lunch. You must register as a team.
The first 36 teams that sign-up and PAY in full will PLAY.
There will be Hole Prizes and Drawings!
